Amelia uses two high-quality weighted “Ohm” (136.1 Hz) tuning forks, each fitted with rose quartz crystal tips, to direct gentle vibrations into the body. The addition of the crystal tips enhances both the comfort and depth of the experience, allowing the vibrations to be received more smoothly while amplifying their resonance.

Each 1:1 session is a hands-on, focused experience that works with the body’s natural response to sound, helping to ease tension, support circulation, and bring the nervous system into a more relaxed state. This simple and direct approach allows the body to settle and reset without overstimulation.
